What I Do: I communicate with our business partners on a daily basis as well as oversee the administrative office. My real passion is selling and servicing our products. Its wonderful meeting and getting to know our customers on a personal level. Fast Fact: I can be quite competitive when playing cards with friends and family. My favourite game is Cribbage.
Dave Waddle

What I Do: My job is to work and manage the technical support of Network Telecom. I am also responsible for new products that arrive and introducing them to the staff and public. Fast Fact: Despite their continuation of losing I still root for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Bill Schultz

What I Do: I supervise the technicians in our office. This involves job planning and scheduling projects for all technicians. I also install and service any and all Network Telecom products. Fast Fact: I like fishing, golfing and boating in my spare time. I also cheer for the Toronto Blue jays, Green Bay Packers, Toronto Maple Leafs and Kitchener Rangers.

What I Do: My job is working with the main service of Network Telecom, The phones. I work daily on installation and installation coordination. Fast Fact: I am a big sports enthusiast. My teams are the Miami Dolphins, Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Bruins. I also coached hockey and fastball for several years.

What I Do: I work as an administrative assistant for Network Telecom. I do many other tasks around the office which include: gift baskets, ordering promo items, banking and general data input. I am also a backup for answering the phone. Fast Fact: I am a very creative person who has strong ties to my family. Family is the most important thing to me.

What I Do: I manage sales in telecommunications. This involves programming, training and customer support to all clients who buy products from Network Telecom. Fast Fact: I have a dog named Bella. She is definitely not spoiled. Well, maybe just a little.

What I Do: I take care of pre sales consulting as well as handle quotes for customers. After a sale I service and support clients while the installation takes place. I also record our company greeting cards. Fast Fact: I love to read and am a member of a book club. My current favorite series is the Hunger Games series but there are too many good books to read. I also like to play cards, especially Canasta.

What I Do: I am an outside sales representative, who is also responsible for over twenty accounts. I help with phone system implementation by offering professional service and training presentations. I work with each unique customer to meet everyone’s changing needs to insure quality satisfaction and find ways to reduce costs for business without lowering quality. Fast Fact: I have a pet chameleon named Pascal

What I Do: My job is to take service calls and place work orders, manage and control all customer service warrants, complete daily shipping and receiving orders and manage our inventory. I also dispatch our tech team to customers sites as needed and coordinate work orders and subcontracts for businesses out of town we support. Fast Fact: I have been involved with music all my life. I play the drums and have played all over Ontario and parts of the United States. I am currently playing drummer for Country singer Shanya Lynn Dawson.
