We recently had a new Avaya IP 500 system installed at our new facility. Since then it has worked flawlessly. It is easy to use and the PC interface is very user-friendly. We are very pleased with the Network Telecom system! We had a hosted system installed and it caused nothing but problems. The internet was always down for the majority of the day and the phone lines would sometime stop working depending on the internet connection. It made it very difficult to do business.The new system was easy to use and the Network Telecom team took care of everything! Now we can actually get to business without being interrupted.
